This ensures your contractor to have all the information they need to accurately price and build your project. Thoughtful consideration and research go into the sourcing and selection of materials to ensure they meet the functional requirements of the project, including relevant safety and code requirements such as slip resistance, accessibility and fire resistance. The same attention and care are given to the specification of lighting and plumbing fixtures.

SDL Designs strongly recommends that Project Management for Interior Design be included as part of the Interior Design scope of work. This option allows us to be your liaison. What does this mean? It means that when the contractor has questions on site or something unexpected comes up in your renovation, we’re there to take the call, answer questions and problem solve, all while maintaining your vision and priorities.
